A great place for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Unlike Crystal Springs sno park, there are no snowmobiles here. Nice groomed trails and a nice lake only a couple miles in.

Note, your Washington State Park pass is no good here. You need a Sno-park pass plus a second pass for parks with groomed trails.

We loved this snow park. It was our first time going there with our 5-year-old child. He had a lot of fun sledding. The park was not very crowded, and the entry fee was $25.

Great little sledding, snow play, and cross country skiing spot. Beautiful place for young families to get the little ones out on some little snow hills. $25 to park all day. Good snowshoe trail.

My family and I visited specifically for the snow play and sledding area, and we had a great time overall. I’d recommend arriving early—we had the area to ourselves for about an hour, and my 10-year-old had an absolute blast. However, by 9:30 a.m., it started getting busy, and by 11 a.m., it was too crowded for our liking, so we decided to leave.

As we were leaving, we noticed a long line of cars just to enter the sno-park, stretching several blocks. Around lunchtime, we even saw the police stopping additional visitors from entering the park altogether.

One tip: check in advance to see when they last had fresh snow. It had been a while since the last snowfall during our visit, so the snow was rock-hard. That didn’t stop us from having fun, but softer, fresher snow would have been ideal.

It seems a nice place for sledding, but due to no snow the conditions are not suitable and dangerous. I went on this ice once because I drove for an hour, but it was not worth the risk. At the end of the slope, we can see the dirt/earth. There are lot of bumps in this sledding path. One kid hit something at the end and flown out of his sled. Luckily he was not injured, but that was scary. This was on January 25th. If you’re planning to go, check for snow. There’s no snow to groom in sledding area.

Rode our bikes up the Iron horse Trail from North Bend area through the old train tunnel. Nice place to rest for our ride back down.

It is our first week to this park and we had great fun. 25$ parking fee, Ample parking and cozy restrooms. Area is huge to play in snow but sledding area is not maintained due to not enough snow per maintenance team. Crowd was decent and our group had lot of fun.
