Highly priced, inconsiderate and falsifying. I went here with a friend for the first time. Can't even properly mix a milkshake. All the pecans are bunched up in the bottom of the cup. My friend didn't like the texture or flavors of the ice cream. I was the only one that got something. I asked for the $11.68 milkshake that is advertised on the left of the menu. I was told that the price was $12.59 then I got rung out and the price magically turned into $12.95 for a small milkshake. When I explained that I wanted the $11.68 milkshake I was told that Bradley makes the prices and she can't do anything about it. Listen if you are going to run a business and post a menu at least make sure it's correct. It's bad business to advertise 2 different prices for the same product and then turn around and charge me something different. This is my first and last time here. I'm a local too so I'll be sure not to recommend anyone to come here. You should have just honored the posted advertised price. Shady business tactics. You ripped me off in a bad way. $13 for a small milkshake. I know you may have been in Miami for a long time but If you're trying to last, this isn't the way to do it. Just saying.

The flavors were basic and the scoops were the size of a golf ball. The picture you see is supposed to be 2 scoops. I barely ate any before taking the pic. My choice was butter pecan. The sugar cones were made fresh but very thin. Had to ask for a cup to put my cone inside. The cone was good so 2 stars is given. Don't look for any big scoops here. The trip is not worth it or the $7 they charged. If you're hot and need something cool, 7-11 will show more love than this place.

SUPER disappointed in this place! My parents flew in to visit me here in Miami Beach and I took them here for ice cream. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! WAY OVERPRICED, and the serving size was laughable! My pictures attached was a regular cup and over $7!! I got more ice cream on my two sample spoons that I tried before picking my flavors. I even asked the man working, “Wait, THIS is $7?” If I wasn’t in utter disbelief, I would’ve told them to keep it! It wasn’t even a full ice cream scoop. I’ve never seen something so ridiculous in my life. $25 later for 3 cups that looked like this.. Never again!

Jessie was so nice and amazing and sweet and she really made me feel so comfortable in the establishment I loved her recommendation of the Bosh ice cream! So yummy. I’m def going back for more! ?

I am not a Miami local, I like to visit from NYC. This was my first time going to this shop based on reviews and they were very accurate, the ice cream is an amazing shop more flavors than a chain and great service. I had the peanut butter flavor which was so tasty definitely recommended.

Creo que están de liquidación porque esta heladería ya no es lo que era antes. El helado es básicamente hielo, sin sabor. $6.30 por una bola insípida. Antes era una de las mejores heladerías de Miami, ahora una de las peores. Está en una de las mejores zonas de Lincoln Road.
