Definitely a 3 star room because the bed and pillows are nice and clean. Great place to stay for cheap. Downside you can hear everything in rooms around you and the pool and hot tub is very basic.

It's not the Ritz Carlton or anything, but it's a nice clean room with all the amenities a family needs. We stayed off season and it was really quite calm and quiet. We got two rooms with a queen bed and bunk beds, which were adjoining, which worked out great for us.

Great camping experience in the cabins. The stay for 3 night and 4 days was not expensive. We stayed at the Natura Tree Escape Oct 17-Oct 20th 2024. The staff at the cabins were really nice and very professional. Check in was smooth and no issues at all. Everything was nice and clean. We have been to the Dells many times over the years and we have never did the camping, however this time being in the Dells camping, swimming and attractions all in the same area was great. We had access to 3 pools at 3 different hotels. The room also comes with wildlife park passes (you must ask for the passes at the your hotel). Outside shared restrooms and with heated shower, and very clean.

Definitely not a resort. Pretty much like a motel. Everything closes early at 5pm. Mind you, check-in isn't until 4 pm. The rooms were old. The building needs an update and remodel. Our room was absolutely awful we stayed in room 2209 in building B next to the bank. There were bed bugs all over the bunk bed. My children ages 10 and 5 both were bit so many times by bed bugs. We calmly went to the front desk and told them and they told us they could not do anything about it. We asked for a refund and we were told we would have to wait 7-14 days for a refund and that our refund would only be 27$ when we paid almost 200$ for 2 nights.

We stayed in the hotel for a family vacation. When I booked the room, I was exciting because it said the property had numerous pools, hot tubs and the two outdoor water areas. I was thinking it’s a brand new resort this is going to be awesome! Boy was I wrong. The hotel is not new and the pools and hot tubs are something you would find at an 80’s Holiday Inn (complete with wood paneling and all). The outdoor hot tub was on the corner of a busy intersection(based on how the hotel sits) and there are weeds and trash all along the fence as you hear the cars drive by . All of the pool areas just gave me the creeps because they were dated and just had a dirty feel to them. The hotel needs work- the hallways are dark, dated and dirty feeling. I looked at the same cobwebs everyday I was there. The rooms while they might of looked clean and could have been, I just couldn’t get the kinda dirty feeling out of my mind, as the feel of the hallway kinda set the tone for me. The lagoon/kids area felt kinda gross too, I get it’s a “pond” but it just had that gross feeling. The location was fine, we did not interact with the employees at all. If I were to go back I would stay someplace else.

Booked a room there for my grandson n myself. Our room was very clean. Pool was nice. The clerks at the desk were so pretty awesome, especially the two guy clerks. They let my grandson hang out with talking sports n school n fortnight. He cried satueday evening when he said goodbye to them.

Really enjoyed the comfortable and cute room, hot tub and pool. Good central location, even at Christmas time in cold weather. Very good experience. I recommend this hotel!
