I bought a bedroom set at Furniture row. When I received the dresser one of the drawers was messed up. They attempted to adjust the drawer but they were unable to fix the drawer. I was told by Furniture row that they would give me back $500.00 or replace the dresser. My husband and I choice to have the dresser replaced with one that is not broke. This is the promised deal that was made between us and Furniture row. A few days had past we get a call from a different man that said he was the manager. When we initial talked to Furniture we were told she was the manager. This man asked if we would come look at the dresser to see if they had it fixed. We went up to the store it's was not fixed. I explained the initial agreement that they promised he stated that he was not going to have a dresser replacement. I said but y'all had already stated that y'all would do this and that he was not honoring their word. The manager became very disrespectful and rude. He absolutely refused to help us. I asked if we could have the phone number to his boss he refused to give us the phone number I asked him again he finally said he would have talk to his regional manager and have him call us back. To date we have not heard from anyone. I will not be doing any further business with this company. They do not honor their word and do absolutely nothing to try to fix the situation. All they want to do is give us back the original dresser that is broke. This business is very unprofessional they do not keep their word. I find this company to be very shady. I would not recommend to anyone to buy anything from this company.

PET OWNERS BEWARE. My cats tail got caught in the electric recliner crossbar that they sold us because there is no cover over it!! Took us a half hour to get her out, bones were sticking out of her tail. We had to take her to the emergency vet and I had to go to the emergency room from her biting me from being in so much pain. I have an emergency vet bill, medical bills, a traumatized cat that will never be the same, nor will I, and a recliner I'm afraid to use because it might happen again to another one of my cats or maybe next time my child's finger.. so I called and spoke with the store manager Brian and told him what happened.. he snickered and said it's not our fault it's just an accident. I told him there would be no accidents if the crossbar is covered correctly before you sell the $3,800 couch. No compassion, no care, not even common sense.
I already reached out to corporate and they told me accidents happen and electric recliners are dangerous to pets, I was never told this when I purchased the furniture. It's a shame furniture row corporate tells me I spent $3800 on a dangerous product after my cats tail is gone and the bills are stacked up. I've attached the email response from Angie in corporate. This is absolutely horrible how this company is treating me. More people need to be warned about this faulty product you sell. There's a bunch of articles online of this happening to people's cats and atleast the other furniture companies are reimbursing people for their vet bills... this company won't even take my electric recliner and give me a manual one.
If Furniture Row says they have no idea about their furniture doing this to cats tails THATS A LIE, HERES THE PROOF!!! They told me this never happened before, I find that impossible.

Remember: When you buy things, you are also casting a ballot with your money, so spend your money at a business that deserves that money. Furniture Row only deserves to go out of business.

First, I attempted to order a table online, but two of my credit cards were rejected. After I called customer service, none of the representatives could explain why my cards were rejected, and a manager promised to call me back the following Monday. He never called me back.

Then, I called the showroom directly to order the table, but I never received an order confirmation email, and I never received a phone call when my order was supposed to be ready for pick-up. When I called, the associate confirmed that I could pick up my table and receive a hard-copy of the invoice.

After I drove there, the warehouse agent could not find a record of my order. I gave him my name, and I found out that my telephone number was mistyped under my account, and the sales associate who took my original order had also forgotten to save my email address. The warehouse agent typed in the correct phone number and email address to my account, and I assumed that they would be saved.

Then, as I started loading the table into my car, I discovered that the sales associate had ordered the wrong table. The sales associate came out and apologized. When we went back inside to change the order, I found out that my telephone number still had not been changed, and my email address still hadn't been added. The sales associate said she would change it for sure, and I waited in front of the desk as she allegedly entered my phone number and email address to my account. She said that I would receive an email invoice and get a call in two days when the correct table was supposed to arrive.

Again, I never received a phone call or email, and when I called Furniture Row, I discovered that my telephone number still had not been changed in my account, and I once again asked the agent to update my number. After this much unprofessionalism, Furniture Row never offered an apology, a discount, or an option to have free delivery, but instead, the agent on the telephone reminded me that I needed to pick up my order soon or it would be canceled.

When I went to pick up the correct table, I found out that even after four attempts, the telephone number in my account was still not correct. The warehouse agent was curt and rude, told me that he could not help me if I didn't have an account, and said he would not look up my account by name. When I asked him to look up my account under the wrong phone number (I remembered which digit was incorrect), he finally found the account, but this time, he refused to update my telephone number or add my email address.

I finally got the correct table, but it still gets worse: One of the chairs was missing the levelers on the legs (they seemed to have been falling loose on the other three chairs), and the warehouse door had already closed and locked as I was loading my car. When I called the warehouse the next day, the associate took my address and said he would send me replacement chair levelers in the mail. All of this happened in November 2019, and I still have not received the levelers (as of October 2020).

I am willing to forgive a mistake or two, but my experience at Furniture Row was a cascading farce of incompetence, negligence, and rudeness.

Once you pay for your couch, you are dead to them. We bought our couch for $1300 and when it was delivered, it was missing an accent pillow. It took forever to get them on the phone about it. They said they had to order it and it would be a few months. Well, it has been 8 months and no sign of the pillow. On the top of that, the fabric is already pilling, which is not what we were expecting for the amount of money we paid. We don't have a lot of money but decided to invest in something we could have for a long time but it looks like it's not going to last.

We bought the extra coverage in case there is a stain that you can't get out. We haven't had to try to use it yet, but I will be SHOCKED if they actually make good on it.

Save your money and time, go somewhere else.

I was looking for furniture & stopped at Furniture Row in Davenport, Ia. Upon entering there were 4 men in area of there desks, know-one said welcome or even paid any attention to me. I looked around the whole store & know one offered me any help. As I was leaving a woman approached me & asked if I needed help! I was so upset! I told her that would have been nice a few minutes after I walked it. I told her I would never walk in the store again.

What a terrible experience. We ordered a patio sectional and waited two weeks for delivery and the wrong sectional pieces were delivered. All the errors were on their end but would we had to fight tooth and nail to not except delivery two weeks later. Nice furniture but pretty poor service and a lot of finger pointing on their end. Did not make this look like a smooth operation. Sales person really oversold what was actually going on with their end. Go shop at AFW.

So this place seems ok. Until you start asking questions on products. Like weight limit, actual size, construction materials. Wow. So then you go to online to get answers. Well that dosnt work. There are the same questions online with zero answers. They cant even answer their own questions in their own site. They pay so much for SEO that you cant even get information from the manufacturer or a spec sheet.first 10 pages are ads for Furniture Row. That dosnt even have to do with your question. Very disappointed for a Colorado company.
