FR is one of the most horrible fraudulent unprofessional company ever. Thank goodness we did not buy a home from them but live in the neighborhood that has these homes. The homes behind us are all FR homes. FR was to put a drain/tiles down the back side of the rows of houses and yet they built up at least 10 inches above all of the yards that backed up to their yards. This has created a problem of water running off their yards into all the yards that back up to their houses. No one on the backside of of these homes can plant anything up by the back fence because it’s a swamp back there and everything root rots. They didn’t care and are very aloof of any thing they do. RUN DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I am happy and satisfied with my experience with FR, the end product as well as the people. Phone calls, emails and texts have been answered promptly from the owner to the warranty claim rep. They all have been so helpful and respectful. The quality of finishes are outstanding and the standard finishes offered are far above most builders. I didn’t upgrade any finishes and my home looks custom. Love my home, love the FR people and I know I have a year of their services for questions or things that may come up. The five stars I rate them isn’t for perfection (who is perfect?!) it is for an outstanding product and excellent service.

Recently purchased a Cottonwood home as a first-time home buyer and FR Companies made the overall experience incredibly awesome. There were several customizations we wanted and FR accommodated each one with no hassle at all. The quality of work and overall attention to detail was amazing in itself - during our final walk through Devin (the owner) found a few small fixes I'm not sure I would have noticed until we moved in, marked them, and fixed them within a day or two before closing and on top of that we moved in right after a holiday weekend. I heard he even got his hands dirty and fixed some things himself from another contractor since they were short-staffed over the holiday! Really impressive company and would go through them again.

My husband and I had a couple of minor repairs that were needed. Nathan, John, David and Dave were all very helpful and took care of everything right away. We just celebrated our one year in our FR built home in Old Town North and absolutely love it! As with any house, we had a small punch list of items and their warrenty guy Nathan was awesome at getting them all complete. We have had many friends since buy their houses in other developments and are as pleased as could be.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Consider this; why have they taken down the ability to leave comments on Facebook... Because there was so many negative comments they did not want to be seen by potential buyers.

The building process was a nightmare. The house sat with zero progress for over 6 weeks because "windows were on back order." There were multiple mistakes made during construction, there were rooms where there weren't supposed to be any. Wrong doors installed. Wrong cabinet hardware installed. Almost all of the windows are set out of square which looks terrible, and the screens won't come out. They were supposed to replace the worst window under warranty but never did. During my final walk thru, the house looked awful, light fixtures were literally hanging from the wires. There was a 16" long crack in the patio which has now spread across the entire patio and they've refused to do anything about it. The master bedroom door ripped out of the frame and crashed in our room one night. I caught their electrician splicing a ground wire concealed in drywall.

Even through all of this, we have been extremely patient with them. My biggest issue with FR is actually the smallest problem with my house. I have a drain stopper ($15 part) in my master bathtub that has to be held up the entire time to drain. I submitted a warranty claim before my 1 year coverage was going to expire, in January. Here it is the end of July and I cannot get a reply from anyone at FR. I have texted, called, emailed, and submitted multiple warranty claims to their warranty guy, no response. I have emailed both of the owners of the company, no response. I would go buy one myself if I could find a matching one. There were multiple other items that I submitted to be repaired under warranty and they've completely neglected them.

I think they figure that you'll just get too tired and fed up with them that you'll give up on having them address any of your issues, which is exactly what's happened to me. Their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend buying a home from FR.

Update... It has been 11+ months since the warranty issue was submitted. Still no drain stopper.

Hello Friends!!

We recently purchased a home from FR a few months ago. We had a minimal walk through list that is still not done. We sent an email to one of the owners, "Lovely fellow." No Luck. Oh, and the sales person wasn't completely honest during the sales process! I hope your experience is better than ours.
