My entire family started training here two months ago. The coaches are amazing. Uriel and Abel are amazing with kids and adults. They are patient and knowledgeable in every aspect. I have been attending Fabin Rosa's school in Orlando for a little over a year and a half. When Fabin opened a school in Altamonte I decided to give go and check it out because it's closer to my apartment. JD Lopez is the best. He's knowledgeable, personable, and patient. The other students made me feel extremely welcome too. If you are looking to learn self defense, or if you want the best workout of your life, this is it.

FRBJJ is the best BJJ in Central Florida. The owner and instructors clearly make having a fun in an open, honest, friendly and accepting atmosphere their priority. You'll instantly have a new group of friends when you join. The school is well maintained, nicely designed and always spotlessly clean. Ive been several times. Most recently my 15 year old nephew trained with instructor Uriel Ortiz. Uriel truly has a gift for teaching BJJ, especially young or less experienced people. Check out any of the FRBJJ locations, especially the Altamonte academy. You absolutely will be glad you did.

My family and I just moved from California to Florida last year. I have an 11 and 9 year old boys, and for months, I've been looking for a great jiu-jitsu gym. My boys have done over 2 years of jiu-jitsu back in California. We visited a couple of gyms before this one, and they were very unkempt, not enough kids, and lacked leadership. After finding this gym, Fabin Rosa Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in Altamonte, my whole family knew right away that this is what we were looking for! This place is very welcoming, well taken care of, and the coaches are absolutely wonderful. They are extremely patient and knowledgeable when it come to teaching kids! My boys get very excited when it's time to train! If you want quality, you won't have to look anywhere else!

My daughter has been going for a year and FRBJJ has been such a positive energy that contributes to her growth…both physically and mentally. The environment is very welcoming and instructors give every student the attention they need to improve their skills. Masters Leo and Uri have been particularly exceptional in their methods for teaching. Not only do they encourage every students potential, but they’ll continue to challenge them in spite of their tears and discouragement. My daughter continues to go on her own accord because they give her the confidence to face her weaknesses. If you want your child to gain strength, respect and discipline for a technique in self-defense, I HIGHLY recommend you start going to FRBJJ!
