Hamilton is an excellent personal trainer! Right from the get-go, he made me feel comfortable being back in the gym after a long time. His approach is very structured (figure out your current fitness level and your weaknesses, then build a solid foundation to reach whatever your personal goals are) which gave me confidence in him as well as myself!
He also wants to share his knowledge and enable you to take care of yourself long-term. When I complained about some back pain, he helped me find a stretching routine to do every morning to alleviate it. It works wonders!
In general, he adapts the program to your needs and any feedback that I give him is always incorporated in the program.
I can only highly recommend Hamilton as a personal trainer. He will help you reach your fitness goals and most importantly, help you focus on physical self-care!

Working with Hamilton was one of my best decisions in 2023, and I'm looking forward to continuing working with him in 2024 and seeing what we can achieve together!

If you are looking for high-quality personal training and long-term success, you should train with Hamilton!

Hamilton's professional background and long-term experience in the fitness industry make him an excellent personal trainer.

He designs straightforward training programs that are tailored to my needs and training goals and motivates me to keep working on myself. I am not an experienced gym user but feel very comfortable doing the exercises under Hamilton's guidance – this works also well via video sessions. He shares his knowledge and helps me to become more independent doing a solid workout by myself. With nutritional advice and workout plans complementing the training he provides me with everything I need to achieve my fitness goals. He also shows me different stretching methods that helped to get rid of knee and hip issues.

I highly recommend Hamilton as a personal trainer!

Hamilton rocks!

I hated going to the gym before because I had no idea what to do there and was really lacking the motivation and preparation to go through a program.

Now I love it.

Hamilton the type of trainer that can make you enjoy the process.

A couple of reasons why:

1. He builds a custom program for you.
Everyone is different, and being able to adapt your training program based on your objectives is hard. Hamilton is really good at tailoring his training to your goals, diet, body composition, etc.

2. He is a great teacher.
If like me you have zero technique, you need someone who can explain you what the right movement is, and correct your postures. Hamilton can not only show you how you should do things, he found different ways to communicate to me how I should fix my movements (and there was a lot of work here...)

3. He is a super decent person
Training is work. Work is not always fun. So it's always better when you have someone who you can chat and connect with while you are pushing iron.

But don't take my word for granted: Hamilton offers a free trial session, so you can judge by yourself, and he can assess whether he can help you reach your goals. Go!

I have trained with Hamilton for about a year before the pandemic and needed some support to get back on track again. After having discussed my needs, Hamilton created an efficient workout plan that motivated me rapidly. Within weeks I became stronger, more motivated, and more confident to train by myself again. It's always fun to train with him and besides that I appreciate his professional attitude, and that he shares his knowledge in such a way that it supports me. There is no standard training; the whole programme is adjusted to what you want to achieve and (very important) your physical abilities. The cosy, private gym is excellent for 1:1 training. Hamilton is simply the best Personal Trainer in Berlin!

Hamilton is a great coach: he quickly helped me find out which part of my body to focus the work on to compensate for the busy lifestyle of a business owner and dad of 2.

After only 2 months, the back pains disappeared, my kids feel lighter and I just feel great with my body.

I worked with Hamilton for over a year. He was always reliable and on time. During our sessions, his knowledge of programming and how to structure a workout was really helpful and professional. If any of my friends need to work on anything from what to eat, where to start training, or how to improve their current workout splits, I always tell them to go to Hamilton.

He knows what he is doing, so don't hesitate to take him on. Plus the small boutique gym where he works out of, is the perfect place to get 1 on 1 training.

I have trained with Hamilton for about 2 years before I moved away from Berlin. Starting as a couch potato, Hamilton transformed me gently into liking a work-out and getting fit. He introduced me to weight lifting in which I continued and am now training as a full powerlifter.
From 0 push ups to doing 10. Choosing healthier food options.
I never knew I could be this strong and liking a good work out.
Hamilton has a nice personal approach, dedicated to you and sees your strength and weaknesses. He makes your weaknesses stronger with personalized excersizes. So if you can't do an excersize he will find a solution to still train that body part.
After leaving Berlin I followed an online training schedule /programme which was personalized on my needs.
Hamilton is a kind and good personal trainer and works in a nice small gym. The training is well balanced and customized to your needs ans your bodies abilities.
Without him I would not be training and not lifting as much as I do now.
