Great community staff, continuous community upgrades, and the community is packed with a variety of new homes. I have lived in one of the communities owned by the company for over 13 years (before FR Community even owned the park) and am always amazed at how great the staff is and how engaging they are with all of us residents. We just had our fall festival and this years was the best one yet! I love all the new homes they have added to my community and the upgrades they have done to the park have made it worth the monthly lot rent to stay here instead of move to a competitors community. Way to go FR! Thank you from all of us!

Come move in Oakwood Estates in Springfield Illinois if you like being robbed by "fr communities" the owners of this park, one of many they own, continual abuse by management, pot hole filled roads, lot rent increases every 5 minutes, Crime run amuck, perpetual Maintenance problems... And outright costs of keeping your homes roof repaired Because the park's management gets by on the cheap by not trimming trees which destroys ones roof... I have lived in this community for 18 years and I have never seen anything like this in my life, the wanton shabby treatment by this corporation and its management of the people in these communities, Especially ours, Because most people are on a fixed income or are low income and can not afford to move or move their homes, we are considered bottom of the barrel and are preyed upon, never treated much like a human being. So come one come all enjoy stress each and every day living in one of fr communities trailer parks...this is definitely not a pleasant experience for any tenant and there is much more to tell that can't be written here.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! DONT BUY YOUR HOME HERE YOU WILL BE HARRASED THE WHOLE TIME YOU LIVE HERE. WHEN WE MOVED IN THERE WAS A LIST OF STUFF SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETED. THEY "LOST" THE LIST AND NEVER GAVE ME A COPY THEY WILL ALL SAY ONE THING AND WRITE YOU UP FOR IT 2 SECONDS LATER NOT TO MENTION MY TRUCK WASNT EVEN PARKED ON THE GRASS AND THEY TRIED PUTTING A TOW STICKER ON IT WHEN THE GUY 3 DOORS DOWN HAS A ENCLOSED TRAILER PARKED IN HIS YARD! AND WHEN YPU HAVE ISSUES WITH PARK MANAGEMENT WHEN YOU CALL THE CORPORATE NUMBER THEY NEVER RETURN YOUR CALL
