I have my father at a wonderful facility in St. George Utah. I have never had so many problems since frontier has taken over the management. I can’t even talk to an accountant to set up automatic deposit for three (3) months. It was previously set up with another management company but someone at this company doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing and cannot call me to figure this out, in fact the meadows doesn’t even have a number to give me. That’s crazy!! First thing, the staff is wonderful so you can’t blame them, they have tried over and over to get this fixed. In addition to the many things they are not be addressed, fixed or help. I saw one of the employees that is wonderful man mowing the grass in his white shirt and work cloths yesterday. Don’t tell me they are not doing their job! The CNAs, Nurses and all the staff do an extremely good job. I am there five days a week. They sent someone from corporate the other day and now he’s gone. You need to get them some help, their hands are tied. If I was looking for a management company I would not recommend this one. Maybe someone might call me, who knows?

November will be my 14th anniversary with Frontier Senior Living. I really enjoy working for this company, and find the variety is something that brings something new to every day. Working with an amazing group of individuals on the multitude of ways to support the residents and employees is incredibly rewarding.

My mother has been a resident at The Meadows (memory care) in St. George, Utah since August of 2023. Prior to Frontier taking over the management of this facility a couple of months ago, everything was beautiful! The staff has always been wonderful and from what I could tell treated well by the previous management group.
In the last couple of months since frontier has taken over, it is evident that there are disgruntled staff, residents, and family of residents. I’m hearing that some of the staff are doing groundskeeping because the prior groundskeeper has not been paid. The cable TV in the assisted-living portion and the memory care portion has been turned off for the last week or more and Frontier will not pay the bill to get it turned back on. Cable has always been a part of the rent, and no one is able to get it. Frontier has been contacted numerous times by the director of The Meadows due to this problem, and nothing has been done.
As a family member of a resident in memory care, I am becoming VERY concerned about how much will go downhill. EXTREMELY disappointed In this recent takeover by Frontier!

My family member who was on hospice at the time was a resident at the Reserve at Royal Oaks in Houston for several years. They notified me via email in Nov 2023 that the facility was closing in 30 days and that I had to have her moved by the . I was able to get her placed within 2 weeks of being notified, and am due a refund which the facility has yet to return. I have called the corporate office twice and left messages and have yet to receive a call back. Frontier bought out another company that owned the reserve a couple of years ago and from beginning to end they have been terrible to work with. Billing issues to start when they took over, throwing out the elderly on last minute notice and cheating them out of monies owed. Do not utilize any facility that they manage for your loved one.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone regarding a refund for a month and a half now. Leaving messages at the corperate office and at the building that my grandmother was at. The building says they have been trying to get a response from corporate office as well.
This is beyond unacceptable.

The corporate culture of Frontier Management transcends throughout all of its locations. CountrySide Lakes, a Frontier property in Florida, has consistently been voted the best senior living community in the area. I have witnessed first hand the Frontier Culture and its effect on the people who reside there. They are happy, safe, and enjoy a great lifestyle.
