Otterspool adventure is a brilliant day out for the whole family. My nephews adored the many activities on offer including mini golf, the outdoor park, the bouncing pillows, the go karts, the rangers and the soft play! It’s a place that encourages and supports creativity and curiosity with excellent staff members that engage and elevate the experience. I immediately had to sign up for their membership! Highly recommend!

On a dry day this place is great but I can imagine on a wet day not so much.
There is a indoor soft play but other than that you are open to the elements. We went on a hot day and you could see the workers were struggling with the heat but kept a smile on their face. Great that everything is free once you are in no sneaky extras. Areas all clean, food available to buy but you can take your own.
Parking, you have to park along the promenade or down the bottom carpark.

The foam party was a big hit, make sure you take spare clothes! Or do it last thing before you go home.

Such a lovely environment, kids absolutely loved it! Would 1000% recommend this event to anyone looking for a fun day out with the kids, there’s so much for them to do and the staff were absolutely lovely. Will definitely be taking the kids back soon!

First time coming here and was not disappointed, my son had an absolute ball there were so much todo, I really wasn’t expecting it to be this good, will definitely be booking to go again soon, we were very lucky the weather stayed nice as well, we stayed for about 4 hours and after that my son wanted to stay longer, so much todo and lots of entertainment, the staff were really nice and very good with the kids, food was lovely as well, if your looking for a good day out I’d totally recommend looking into here 🙂

Both my wife and I were amazed by how happy, helpful and friendly ALL the staff we interacted with were. From the older team members through to the weekend work kids either in school or at Uni, everyone was sooo friendly and interacted unbelievably with out 3 and 4 year old. Everyone looked like they genuinely wanted to be there and enjoyed it. The food looked amazing and well priced. We managed to save 50% off the price with a weekend offer, it was great value at that price for sure!! Our boy (4) and girl (3) had so much fun. Will certainly be heading back next time there is an offer on for sure.

Again, I can not speak highly enough of all the staff running the rides and facilities. Brilliant!!

We travelled yesterday to Otterspool about 50 minutes from north wales and we couldn’t have loved it anymore. I have a two year old and an 8 week old. My little boy was amazed by everything. There was a couple of things that he sadly couldn’t go on due to his height however they were also things he wouldn’t be able to do at his age at the moment. There were lost of places to sit down so that I could feed the baby and just chill for a little bit. We want to the candy factory and made some sweet sticks which were lovely. My son especially loved the bouncing pillows, I think he could have stayed on them all day long. We also stopped at the cafe for a little bit of lunch and the food was lovely. We will definitely be coming back again some time soon

Had a lovely afternoon here with my little girl we got here around 12pm and she was running Around having so much fun we didn’t leave too 16:30. Plenty to do here. There is also some great facilities including toilets and large cafe. I had an coffee and was happy they had some alternative milks. Will be back again in the spring.

Otterspool Adventure was a lovely family day out. It was great to have all of the activities included in the entrance ticket price. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. One of our best days out in the North West, would highly recommend.
