Brought this experience for my partner for Xmas! We went today and had the best best time. We both thoroughly enjoyed it and literally didn’t want it to end 🤭

Ricky our host really added to the experience, he was friendly and wanted to be helpful to us and our team at every stage throughout the maze!! Great to have a host who wanted to ensure we all laughed and worked as a team for our crystals.

We can’t wait to book again!! Book you won’t be disappointed 💯

An amazing experience honestly I'd tell everyone to do it. Ricky is the most enthusiastic funny hyped person I've met. Was great to have him help us and make us run everywhere. Was so fun everyone of my family had an amazing time. Would recommend to everyone to do it. Ricky you're the man mate thank you.

We had an amazing time at Crystal Maze! Our group was joined by two others, and the experience was fun from start to finish. Even though I’ve never seen the show, I had an absolute blast!

A huge thank you to our Maze Master, Ricky—his energy and humor made the experience even better. The introduction and entrance were definitely something special (and hilarious)!

Overall, it was a fantastic and well-organized challenge, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, immersive experience.

I was taken here as a birthday surprise, 7 of us in total. The experience and nostalgia are top notch, Atari was a fantastic host/guide throughout the whole experience, however, having said all that, value for money it is not. As per another reviewer, on average you'll each get 2 x 2 minute games, which are far too easy for the most part. Yes it is about the experience and having a laugh which we did, but I think they could explore making the games harder/better and extending the time to 4 minutes a game. Obviously the idea is to closely match the original series but collecting crystals isn't such a big deal because the time in the dome is just for fun and doesn't equate to any prizes, so I'd rather see the games improved and time in the games increased. I've been asked by other people if I'd recommend it and unfortunately I have to say no, despite the nostalgia and fun we had, it's simply not value for money so unless you're desperate to experience it, I'd consider something else.

Went New Year’s Eve family of 4 for a birthday celebration was grouped with a family of 5 who was also celebrating a birthday. We had the best time, staff were fantastic. We were greeted by poppy she is super energetic and really made us feel ready to play the game.
The robot lady was fantastic great energy and really funny.
Overall I would definitely recommend booking and having a go. Thank you to all staff at crystal maze.

Really good fun. Sasha was an amazing games master. We were just 2 people so had to join a group of 4 and she was fantastic at getting the ice broken and getting us working as a team.

All the team on the front desk were also lovely. Would 100% recommend

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Crystal Maze in Manchester! Despite being just the two of us (as four others didn’t show up), we managed to collect 8 crystals and performed above average, which we’re very proud of. Our guide, Big S, was phenomenal—her energy and hilarious sense of humour truly made the experience unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better host! We purchased three photos to remember the day and left feeling thrilled and completely satisfied. This is such a brilliant place, and we’re already looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for an incredible experience!

Six of us played this evening, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The experience was exciting, immersive, and so much fun that we didn’t want it to end. Iggy, our maze master, was truly exceptional—charismatic, engaging, and clearly born for this role. His enthusiasm and guidance made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a fantastic evening that we’ll be talking about for a long time. Highly, highly recommend!
